The two-day activity gathered newly qualified TES Batch 15 grantees from various academic programs, serving as a formal onboarding and information session under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) program. The orientation was conducted to ensure that all TES beneficiaries are fully informed about program policies, documentary requirements, compliance procedures, and institutional guidelines. It also provided a structured discussion on student responsibilities as TES grantees, including proper coordination with concerned offices and adherence to submission processes and requirements. On Day 1 and Day 2 of the orientation, the sessions were facilitated by Ms. Erbeth Alvaran, Scholarship Coordinator from the Office of the President, and Ms. Joanna Matencio from the Office of the President. The activity was spearheaded by Ms. Roxanne Serrano, Head of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Department, with the support of the NCST ROTC Unit and the 1st AFP (NCST) Educational and Training Battalion, Reserve.
