Founded by the community for the community
NCST was founded in 1998 in Dasmariñas, Cavite by Emerson B. Atanacio and has grown from 550 students to over 11,000 enrollees. Staying true to its mission of producing industry-ready graduates, the school introduced its first institutionally developed programs in 2005—the Certificate in Manufacturing Technology and the Diploma in Production Technology under the Dual Training Systems Department. These programs combine classroom and industry training and quickly expanded from 10 initial students to more than 1,000 in their first year.
