The NCST Education System continues to expand its global footprint through a significant milestone marked by the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chonburi Technological College & BP Bilingual Program, the first bilingual vocational institution in Thailand.
The ceremony was held in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together academic leaders and institutional representatives committed to fostering international collaboration and advancing educational excellence.
The NCST Education System is led by its President and Chief Executive Officer, FDr. Emerson B. Atanacio, MPM, MAEd, whose vision for global engagement and academic excellence continues to drive the institution toward internationalization and innovation.
Representing Chonburi Technological College & BP Bilingual Program was Dr. Puncharasm Tanpraphat, Deputy Director for Organization Development and Chief Executive Officer of the BP Program. The institution is recognized as a pioneering force in bilingual vocational education in Thailand.
The initiative was carried out in partnership with Asia Academic Alliance Plus (AAA+), further strengthening regional academic cooperation and collaboration.
